It’s time to fill in that calendar for the upcoming week (or 2). To use up and enjoy your more perishable items, be mindful to place these meal early in the week. Also, keep it simple with meals you know and love and keep them interesting by swapping out ingredients. If you’re trying to eat more plant-based meals, aim for adding 2 or 3 to your list a week. And don’t forget leftovers!
