It’s time to let your creativity flow! Now that you can see what you already have in stock, review your list and write down any meal ideas that pop into your head. Don’t worry if they don’t make sense, brainstorming is messy but it works. If you get stuck and you’re trying to add more plant-based meals to your rotation, do an internet search with keywords ‘plant-based & (food item on your list)’ example: plant-based sweet potato and black bean recipes.
